 Peter
Borges, B. Eng., founder of the company, has 20 years of
experience with "as-found" recording with a
variety of processes (stereo-photogrammetry, multi-image photogrammetry,
laser scanning, and others). Through restoration and renovation works
with his own construction firm, he pioneered the utilization of
photogrammetric measurements for his restoration projects. Later,
innovating with CAD/GIS interfaced digital close-range
photogrammetry, he created a wide range of new applications and a new
level of precision and cost effectiveness for professionally executed "as-found" surveys.
 Maria
Lucia V. Baptista, Architect, and co-founder of Documenta. Her first
degree was in architecture and town planning. Later she specialized in
architectural photogrammetry at the Institute for Photogrammetry and
Remote Sensing at Karlsruhe University, Germany. She also worked for a number of years
as an architect and planner in firms specialized in (historic)
restoration and revitalization projects - her expertise is key to
the usefulness of our architectural documentations.
