The Golf Barn

Adaptive Reuse: - A simple structure with a complex roof. - Built like a boat's hull, the failing roof structure presented a difficult task for structural assessment.

Besides four CAD elevations and a number of photographs (for historic documentation), a mesh of 3D points on the roof (X,Y,Z) was also delivered, allowing for the measurement of the 3D symmetry and settlings in the roof sides.     

Four elevations and one floor plan: Schedule: site survey: 2 hours, office work: 3 days.

All board and battens were also individually recorded, showing all different spacing and dimensional variations.
