Kerrisdale Business Association

Kerrisdale Business Association, Vancouver, Canada. For the façade revitalization project of the Business Association, 1,000 ft (350m) of street façades were recorded in 14 hours of site work, with no disturbance to customers (no ladders, no measuring tapes, no interruption of accesses, etc.).

Because of concerns with the projecting commercial signs, awnings, street furniture arrangement, and the narrowness of the walkways, 3D information of the urban furniture was delivered on a detailed street plan, for all five street blocks. For color and texture references, a mosaic of rectified color photographs was also produced at the same scale as the plotted set of drawings.
