 For a downtown long-term study, four blocks of the business core were precisely
recorded (drawings below) for massing, urban furniture and urban design studies. The 3D drawings were also inserted into the "as-built" 3D digital model of the complete study area of 3.9 sq.km. (of which a small part is shown at left), for complete visualization, public presentations, and discussions, of "what if(s)" scenarios, occupation densities, road planning, and all other planning possibilities. |
