Addition / Alteration: The Williams Building in downtown San Francisco CA, adjacent to the Museum
of Modern Art - SFMOMA.
Before its redevelopment, façades and details of the interior were documented by request of the
San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) . The
documentation provided historical records as well assisted in the
reutilization project. Accuracy of all measurements was equal to or
better than 1½ inches.

Site survey: 3 hours. No ladders, no
scaffolding, no tripods, no traffic interruption in the busy downtown
San Francisco. With a medium format metric camera we obtained
approximately 50 photographs. And, with one precise measurement at
ground level in one of the façades, all geo-reference information for
scale and position was also obtained.
